We have skilled tradesmen in house. Journeymen Painters, sheet-rockers, finish carpenters, framers, plumbing, concrete, appliance removal and installation you name it we can build it or fix it. Selling a house and have a punchlist? Email us the list and we will clear the path to your next closing.

WHO WE ARE

At APC, we are passionate about construction and providing our clients with the highest quality services. I created APC over 26 years ago in 1998. As a builder and developer I lived most of that time in communities where my friends and neighbors lived in houses that I designed and built for them. I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with so many great people over the years who I still call friends. Internally we are also a strong and experienced team. Three of our employees have been with us over 20 years and another for 14. We are committed to excellence and honesty. We care about your satisfaction and the legacy of the work we do.

Ira Hickman and his crew at APC designed and built our business facility for Desert winds wireless on Clearwater avenue, provided remodeling and maintenance services for the Log Cabin Resort complex we own in Chelan, and even responded to emergency water damage at our home. I have used APC for three projects. I have found APC gets the job done quickly and professionally.

Ira Hickman, the owner of APC, designed and built our home in 2017. From the time APC broke ground until completion was 6 months. Both of my neighbors' builders took nearly a year.

We used APC for Tenant Improvements on a family business we opened in August 2023. The landlord’s contractor kept pushing start dates back. The landlord accepted APC as an alternative contractor. APC was there within a week, their quality of work met our standards, and they came in under the estimate which saved the landlord some money.

APC is currently (January 2024) doing Tenant Improvements at another location for me. Francisco, Fidel, Ron, and Gustavo are doing a great job.
